My Co-Listing partner Terri and I, have totally fallen in love with the new master-planned community, The Dominion, which is being developed across from the Searcy Country Club. A green community by Dalrymple Development, who is proactive in the efforts to protect our natural resources and is the first in Searcy to actively support the green initiative.Several aspects of The Dominion which will reinforce those green standards are effective land use, infrastructure, utilizing clean fuel sources, including natural gas lighting throughout the area, green spaces from landscaping on each parcel to the vast network of green belts, our favorite, along with Canberra Park and other elements.

We look forward to assisting them, as construction has already started on two available homes, one at 2300 sq. ft. and the other at almost 2700 sq. ft.! Custom homes will range from smaller, Italian-Style Villas to spacious French Stately Homes that will harmoniously blend into the garden community.
